I added a TransactionScopeCallHandler that decorates the next handler in the chain with a TransactionScope.

Note you can specify whether or not you want the scope.Complete() method to be called on success.

Any thoughts?

The handler must check result.Exception in order to prevent scope.Complete to be called when an exception has been thrown.
As it is now no transaction will ever rollback.

Definitly correct.

I was probably in a hurry to get to my vacations or just lacked (for sure) some good Unit Tests.

It's indeed interesting figuring out how to unit tests TransactionScope without relying on a real DB.

I will make sure to correct this next week when I'm back!

Thanks!
